Machining facilities comprises of Turning Bar Automate, Lathes, CNC Machines. Shaping, Milling & Vertical machining Center (VMC),Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding & Profile Grinding. Boring Machine with Digital Readout (DRO) and Broaching Machines.
We can provide all the different Heat Treatment Processes like Annealing, Tempering, Case hardening, and Surface Treatment Processes such as Nitriding, Nitro Carburizing, Carbonitriding, Phosphating and Anodizing. Also, we can provide facilities of Plating as Gold, Silver, Nickel, Zinc, Chrome and Hard-Chrome Plating and Coatings such as Ceramic, Rubber, Powder and Plastic Coatings along with our Group Technology & Associates to the customer's requirement.
